Thank you kindly for your reply. If the model is based on what I have observed thus far, I don't think it will take long for observers to see that it is broken. Zillow has failed to quantify their zestimates as rough approximations, which is what they are….very rough. Forget the aerial photos, maps, calculators and other bells and whistles. To convey dubious information as “this is what your house is worth” is irresponsible at best.

I live in Singapore. Taxi Drivers here struggle to make ends meet. Some even have to pay there employers $80 a day. A pity u don realise how much more better the Indian system is. Economy is not always made better by Air conditioning and “taxis that are maintained in good condition and drivers behave in an orderly fashion”. Taxi fares here are so high that commuters are moving away from it and this effects the cabby drivers real bad.
